Cycling Coaching and Triathlon Training Programs

 

Coaching is arguably the most cost effective method to improve your performance on the bicycle. From novice recreational riders to competitive multi-sport athletes and everything in between, a professionally developed and customized training program can help any cyclist achieve their fitness and cycling goals.

Our coaching programs can help riders of all ages and experience levels eliminate trial and error, streamline their efforts, and experience rapid improvements. These programs are also ideal for those preparing for specific events, such as the MS ride, an Sprint through IronMan distance Triathlon, or a century bike ride.

Through our customized and balanced programs riders will quickly experience identifiable improvements in various aspects of performance, including climbing power, speed, endurance, recovery and nutrition/hydration methodologies.

 
 
Coaching Consultation

$65 per hour

 
Consulting for individuals looking for occasional expert fitness coaching guidance. Topics can include everything from setting healthy lifestyle goals, preparing for an upcoming event, to expert evaluation of your existing training program to insure effectiveness, strength and flexibility training, balancing life/fitness/family/work and much more. Event Coaching

$90 + $30/month

 
A great option for general fitness or specific event training... your first century, your fastest century, an epic hill ride such as the Horrible Hundred or 6 Gap, a multi-day road cycling event, or your first triathlon
 

One hour meeting to determine goals, strengths, weaknesses and time available for training. 

A fully customized training plan for 2 - 6 months.

One hour meeting to review the training plan.

Biweekly follow ups to track/monitor progress to training plan.

   
 
Fitness Coaching

$150 + $45/month

 
A more in depth assessment, performance analysis and tracking option to Event Coaching.
 

One hour meeting to determine goals, strengths, weaknesses and time available for training. 

A "Quick Fit" bike fit to help identify and sort out any biomechanical errors.

An initial two (2) month customized training plan.

One hour meeting to review the training plan.

Follow on training plans every 2 to 3 weeks depending on training phase.

Weekly follow ups to track/monitor progress to training plan.

   
 
Performance Coaching

$300 + $90/month

 
Taking your performance to the next level through applied coaching practices.
 

One hour meeting to determine goals, strengths, weaknesses and time available for training. 

A "Performance Bike Fit" to dial in your bike to your individual cycling needs.

A "Performance Assessment" on the CompuTrainer to get baseline power numbers.

An initial two (2) month customized training plan.

One hour meeting to review the training plan.

Follow on training plans every 2 to 3 weeks depending on training phase.

Additional power tests every 6 weeks to monitor progress.
