Classes & Free Clinics

Our Classes and Free Clinics are a great way to learn more about bikes, how to maintain them, how to ride them safely and more efficiently. We offer our basic clinics on a monthly basis and our formal classes quarterly... this should give you plenty of options from which to choose. We will occasionally offer more specialized classes so make sure you sign up to get our newsletter. The format of our classes and clinics is usually casual classroom with lots of hands-on work and plenty of opportunity for the audience to ask questions or share tips with their fellow cyclists.
